Position: Remarketing Administrator (Non-Trade in)

Location: 1880 Eastwood Avenue, Libis, Quezon City

Work setup & shift: Hybrid | Day shift

Your Role

  • Coordinating the transport of vehicles for Interleasing & Carila, accurately processing all

related invoices for disposal vehicles, in conjunction with the Remarketing Manager

  • Terminate vehicles within KPI and prepare for sale, ensure all unfair wear and tear (UFW&T)

charges are applied

  • Comply with government regulations applying to vehicle sales.
  • Follow and manage internal processes and reporting for vehicle sales, minimise repair costs

and vehicle expenditure.

  • Manage returned vehicle stock and complete monthly stock report accounting for 100% of

vehicles.

  • Identifying new best practices to improve workflow and price achievement
  • Be an active participant in system development and testing
  • Actively participate in improvement activities from time to time.
  • Ensure all documents required are attached to the main operating system Miles.

What You Need

Skills & Experience Preferred:

Capabilities & Behaviours

  • Experience in working with and establishing relationships /

networks with business partners.

  • Highly analytical and with high level of accuracy/keen eye for detail
  • Strong time management skills, excellent communication skills -

both written and oral

  • Excellent presentation skills, both internally with team members

and stakeholders as well as externally with customers and

suppliers.

  • Planning & coordinating - able to plan for delivery against required

timeframes

  • Ability to work as a member of a team and willingness to assist

others where necessary

  • Can focus and be disciplined to process high volumes of work

against deadlines to ensure team efficiency

  • Ability to resolve issues under pressure and time of high workload

or change

  • Minimum 2 years experience working in the fleet-management or

Auto industry would be Advantageous

  • Experience in Fleet Management & Leasing, Auction’s or the Motor

Vehicle Industry

  • In depth knowledge of, exposure to, and affinity with the motor

industry

  • Experience with working with the Microsoft office suite of products
