Job Description

• Assists in monitoring transactions and identifies suspicious patterns that could indicate a fraud attack.
• Review and investigate disputed card transactions, provide the needed feedback to cardholders, and handle concerns with empathy and sensibility.
• Contacts customers to verify unusual account activity.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
  
  

Job Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and function under pressure.
• Open to College Graduate or College undergraduate
• Minumum of 6 mos - 1 year of experience in financial/bank.
• Good organisational skills to manage a high volume of assigned cases.
• Having Antifraud knowledge is a plus.
• Fintech experience is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and interrogation skills.
• Being able to report to PH Manila office.
• Willing to work onsite (hybrid) and on a shifting schedule.
