Reliability Operator

Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate environmental and reliability testing equipment (e.g., thermal chambers, humidity chambers, residual gas analysis etc).
• Performs epoxy mixing process and area section analysis
• Execute test protocols based on engineering specifications, standards, or test plans.
• Monitor ongoing tests to ensure the equipment is functioning properly and tests are being conducted within parameters.
• Record, analyze, and report test results accurately.
• Identify and document failures or anomalies during testing.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and assist in root cause analysis when failures occur.
• Maintain lab cleanliness, safety, and organization in compliance with EHS regulations.
• Support continuous improvement efforts within the testing lab.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to refine testing procedures.
  
  

Education & Experience

• Diploma or associate degree or vocational training in electronics, mechanical, or related field preferred.
• 1+ year experience in a lab or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Familiarity with reliability testing standards (e.g., JEDEC, MIL-STD, IEC) is a plus.
  
  

Skills

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and test procedures.
• Basic mechanical and/or electrical aptitude.
• Computer literacy; experience with data logging and MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
