To assist in maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations, streamline documentation processes, and support client meetings while fostering effective communication across teams.
Tasks:
- Manage SOPs: Oversee the creation, revision, and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures related to regulatory documentation.
- Client Meetings: Participate in client meetings, offering insights on compliance matters and assisting with audits.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to federal and state regulations, including FDA standards and California Proposition 65.
- Data Management: Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP) to manage data effectively, ensuring accurate documentation for product certifications and testing.
- Training Facilitation: Communicate regulatory changes and provide training to staff on compliance matters and system updates.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proven experience in a regulatory role within the cosmetics or supplements industry.
- Strong understanding of regulatory jargon and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Odoo) and advanced Excel for data management.
- Familiarity with FDA regulations and California Proposition 65.
- Experience with audit processes and documentation management.
- Background in quality assurance practices.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a knack for detail-oriented tasks.
- Strong communication skills that facilitate collaboration across departments.
- Tech-savvy nature with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and tools.
- You have a passion for regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments where attention to detail is paramount.
- You possess advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems like Odoo.
- Demonstrate proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.
- Ensure efficient task management and data handling.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members regarding compliance updates.
