- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the packaging industry.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for assigned territories in Mindanao.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors to drive sales.
- Identify new business opportunities and lead the sales process from prospecting to close.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Mentor and coach the sales team to improve performance.
- Attend and represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
