Qualifications

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the packaging industry.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for assigned territories in Mindanao.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors to drive sales.
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead the sales process from prospecting to close.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Mentor and coach the sales team to improve performance.
  • Attend and represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
