Work Setup: Onsite onboarding for two weeks, followed by a transition to a remote setup.

Work Schedule: Night Shift (Following U.S. Time Zone)

Location: Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City

Salary Package: 50,000 to 60,000 PHP/Monthly

Mission

Keep the founder in “pay time” (calls, discovery, closing) by running outbound + meeting operations end-to-end. Automate the stack, keep data clean, enforce Brand separation (CMi vs NO BS), and deliver transcripts, summaries, follow-ups, and tasks same day.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Automation: Build and maintain workflows (Apollo → GHL → Outlook → SharePoint/Drive → Fathom/Plaud).
  • Outbound Ops: Manage ICPs, sequences, call lists/scripts, and deliverability.
  • Meetings: Maintain booking links, send pre-call packs, update pipelines/notes/tasks.
  • Transcription: Ensure 100% coverage with Fathom/Plaud; QA and route by Brand.
  • Social Ops: Build rolling content calendar, schedule posts, engage daily, sync leads, and report monthly.
  • AI Support: Draft summaries, follow-ups, objection handling, and snippet libraries.
  • Reporting: Weekly dashboard covering meetings, pipeline, deliverability, and automation health.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree of any related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant
  • Apollo, GHL, SimpleTalk (or similar), Outlook, Fathom/Plaud, SharePoint/Drive
  • Zapier/Make/Power Automate; strong English and SOP documentation
  • LinkedIn company & founder page operations
  • Nice-to-Have: Deliverability (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), Canva/Capcut, Apps Script/Python- This is just a suggestion if we could get someone with skills in utilizing the mentioned applications.
  • Experience working with U.S based clients is a plus.
