What daily challenges are waiting for you?

  • Pioneer and establish the marketing function for the Philippines market.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the local expansion team and global marketing operations.
  • Develop and implement localized marketing strategies tailored to the Philippine gaming audience.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all relevant digital, social, and community channels.
  • Apply a strong understanding of Filipino consumer behavior within the gaming industry.
  • Leverage knowledge of in-game currency, items, and virtual economy mechanics to inform marketing decisions.

What you need to be successful in this role?

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, or social media marketing (experience in in-game campaigns or e-commerce is a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Experience may substitute for education where applicable.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing digital campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok, with at least a basic understanding of Google Ads considered an advantage.
  • Analytical Mindset: you can interpret campaign data and draw actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Project Management experience: you have the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, influencer marketing, and affiliate programs.
  • Experience working with cross-functional or international teams is a plus.
