Role: Recruitment Technology Specialist
Responsibilities
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, and online chat. Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams as needed.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor on all things related to the platform. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance their platform usage and achieve optimal results.
- Platform Optimization: Analyze client usage data to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Make recommendations to the product team for enhancements and new features based on client feedback and usage trends.
- Documentation and Knowledge Base: Contribute to the development and maintenance of comprehensive documentation and a knowledge base to support clients and internal teams.
- Stay Current: Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in AI-powered recruitment technologies.
- With 2-3 years of experience in the recruitment or customer success industry.
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and support.
- Strong technical aptitude and a working knowledge of AI-powered tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
