Recruitment Specialist / HR Assistant

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

• Recruitment Planning: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various roles and departments.
• Job Posting and Sourcing: Create compelling job descriptions, post openings on relevant platforms, and utilize various sourcing methods to identify qualified candidates.
• Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Offer Extension and Negotiation: Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate compensation packages, and handle any necessary paperwork.
• Onboarding Processes: Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the organization.
• Employee Relations: Foster positive relationships with new hires and address any concerns or questions they may have.
• Manage employee census for company HMO provider
• Propose and execute HR-related projects

General HR Responsibilities:

• HR Policy and Procedure Development: Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
• HR Data Management: Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR data.
• Compliance: Help ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
• General Office Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
