You’ll be the engine behind our hiring success, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to build talent pipelines, map markets, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and engage top technical talent using platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and more
- Develop Boolean strings, X-ray searches, and leverage AI sourcing tools to uncover hidden talent
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define sourcing strategies and talent profiles
- Build, nurture, and maintain candidate pipelines for high-demand technical roles
- Maintain data accuracy within ATS/CRM systems (Teamtailor, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Drive diversity and inclusion sourcing initiatives
- Stay ahead of recruitment trends, market shifts, and emerging tech stacks
- 3+ years’ experience in technical sourcing or full-cycle recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Deep understanding of software engineering, data, or product development roles
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques
- Proficiency with ATS tools (Teamtailor, Greenhouse, or similar)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and thrives in a remote-first environment
