Recruitment Officer for BPO

Offshored is a leading offshore recruitment consultancy in the Philippines, providing strategic talent acquisition services for Australian clients. We seeking 2 experienced recruiters to join our growing team. We specialize in sourcing remote admin, sales, marketing and bookkeeping staff for companies all over the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Shortlist candidates that apply using Talentlyft ATS system
• Conduct initial screening calls
• Conduct interviews using Microsoft Teams
• Record and edit a brief intro video for each suitable candidate
• Liaise with the sales team to understand each clients requirements
  
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a recruitment or sales position
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with computers, CRMs and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Experience with Hubspot and Talentlyft is advantageous
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and data privacy protocols
• Fluency in English
• Positive, can-do attitude
