The Role

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant at the staff level to handle general finance and accounting responsibilities for our clients. This role involves working closely with the Accounting Head and Partner to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare journal entries, trial balances, and general ledgers.
• Generate monthly financial statements and reports.
• Handle BIR compliance documentation, including VAT, WT, EWT, and employee benefits.
• Compute payroll and ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Conduct client visits as needed.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Accounting Head or Partner.
  
  

Ideal Profile

• Must be a CPA with a degree in Accounting.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a tax professional environment.
• Strong understanding of BIR compliance and payroll computation.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
