Your Role
As a Recruitment Manager, You Are Expected To
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Lead and oversee the Talent Acquisition team to ensure high performance and alignment with business objectives.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and clients, addressing recruitment challenges and delivering innovative solutions.
- Analyze market trends and recruitment metrics to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by streamlining processes and enhancing the candidate experience.
- Provide mentorship and career development for the Talent Acquisition team through regular coaching, performance reviews, and succession planning.
- Collaborate across departments to align recruitment strategies with broader organizational objectives.
Non-Negotiables
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven expertise in recruitment operations, stakeholder management, and strategic planning.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment tools.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills to effectively manage teams and drive results.
- Willingness to work additional hours and travel across sites as required.
