Recruitment Manager

Job Description:

• Responsible for delivering all facets of recruitment
• Reports directly to the HR Director
• Oversees the end-to-end recruitment functions of the company
• Job description review and posting to social media and recruitment platforms
• Candidate sourcing, screening, test administration, and selection
• Monitor day-to-day recruitment functions and duties
• Daily documentation and reporting to the HR Director
• Coordinate with the Managers, Department heads, and Account Managers/ Team Leaders regarding the recruitment and profiling of candidates
• Managing and supervising the team of Recruitment Specialists and Junior Recruiters

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/ College Degree holder (Human Resources/Business Administration/Business Management/Psychology or any related course)
• At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in HR/Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
• Proficient in MS Office -Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Proficient in Google applications -Google sheets, etc.
• Skills in database management and record keeping
• Highly analytical and excellent decision making
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Team player

The position we are offering is a full-time, onsite role located at the Business Center, 18 Philexcel, Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.
