Corporate Training and Development Officer
Work Set up: Hybrid (twice a week remote work and three times per week office based in Angeles, Clark, or Makati Office)
Work Shift: Monday to Friday (Needs to be Flexible on Shifts)
As the Corporate Training and Development Officer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training and development programs for our internal team and international B2B clients. Your expertise will be integral in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our clients' workforce, contributing to their professional growth and the overall success of their businesses
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with internal team and various clients to assess their training and development needs, and design customized programs to address specific requirements
- Develop a range of training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, team-building activities, and instructional manuals tailored to the needs of B2B clients/settings
- Deliver engaging and impactful training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to support the professional development of client employees
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback analysis and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in training and development, integrating innovative approaches into client programs
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders to understand their business objectives and align training initiatives with strategic goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of training programs and provide ongoing support to B2B clients
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field; relevant certifications in training and development are a plus
- Proven experience of 3-5 years in corporate training and development, particularly in a B2B or professional services setting
- In-depth knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and training evaluation methods
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences
- Strong project management abilities, including the capacity to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
- Proficiency in e-learning platforms, learning management systems, and other training technologies
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset and the ability to build trust and rapport with business clients
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients or attend industry events both local and international
- Willing to work for a hybrid setup with an office located in Angeles City, Pampanga.
