Job Purpose
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Hub Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead and nurture a top-performing recruitment team. This position entails setting clear objectives, overseeing operational KPIs and performance, and integrating the Global TA Strategy from the Global Recruitment CoE into hub operations.
The Recruitment Hub Lead will drive continuous improvement and standardization of processes, foster positive relationships with key stakeholder and leaders, as well as other regional Hub Leads.

The Recruitment Hub Lead will drive continuous improvement and standardization of processes, foster positive relationships with key stakeholder and leaders, as well as other regional Hub Leads.
What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and performance driven culture.
- Set clear goals and manage operational KPIs and performance.
- Implement the Global TA Strategy from the Global Recruitment CoE into hub processes, ensuring continuous improvement and standardization of ways of working.
- Collaborate with the global Recruitment Hub network on planned continuous improvement projects as well as identify and lead regional ad hoc projects as required.
- Maintain strong relationships and collaboration with in-market leadership and other regional Hub Leads for best practice sharing.
- Ensure resource allocation and manage recruitment volumes accordingly.
- Partner with the ED&I team to develop and adopt diversity recruitment strategies aligned with the regional requirements.
- Engage in problem-solving, propose process improvements, and assist in coordinating recruitment efforts.
