Our Team
The Talent Acquisition team works together to fill roles and pipeline Talent for Datacom offices across the Philippines, Malaysia New Zealand, and Australia. We have team members across the board with specializations across different technologies and skill sets. We’re dedicated to proactively sourcing and seeking out the best talent to deliver our services.
About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced IT recruiter to join us to help us meet our growth targets.
You’ll work roles end to end, including taking job briefs, screening, interview scheduling, and generating offers. The roles will be spread across the Australia and New Zealand. This is a varied role where you’re encouraged to use your initiative and champion new ways to tackle the challenges of our markets.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be a team player with a professional attitude. We are focused on finding someone who understands the urgency and loves working with people. You need to hit the ground running so you'll be familiar with IT recruitment, preferably in the Software applications space.
You’re a positive individual with an excellent customer-centric attitude, where no task is too small. You’ll have the ability to adapt and work in a flexible, collaborative, and high-pressure environment. Our office is at BGC Taguig and we have hybrid work setup(Twice a week) and a flexible work schedule and we promote Work-Life balance, and an APAC focus means no graveyard shifts!

What You’ll Do
- End to End recruitment in Philippines, Australia and New Zealand region
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates as required by roles through varies sourcing strategies including passive candidate sourcing and leveraging on social media
- Build networks to keep updated with candidate, skills market trend, find and stay connected with passive candidates with relevant skills
- Ability to manage full cycle of recruitment efforts, process and providing great hiring manager and candidates experience
- Primary focus will be passive sourcing for highly technical roles
- Create and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Requirements gathering with stakeholders including hiring teams in ANZ to understand role specifics
- Provide consultative advice to hiring teams on Asia employment market
- Proactively identify improvement opportunities to the recruitment life cycle

Requirements
- Proven track record in passive candidate sourcing, technical hiring is a huge advantage
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
- Ability to deliver under pressure and to work on multiple roles at the same time
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies
- Experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
