Position: Recruitment Admin
This is a fully remote role ideal for someone based in the Philippines, looking to support a U.S.-based mental health care company.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for clinical and admin positions (therapists, psychiatrists, NPs, and more)
- Source top-tier candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
- Screen applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit
- Partner with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and hiring needs
- Maintain accurate recruiting documentation and applicant records
- Stay updated on U.S. healthcare hiring trends and best practices
- At least 2 years of experience as a recruiter (mental healthcare recruiting preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Tech-savvy: comfortable with Gmail, Google Docs, Excel, and ATS tools
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and social perceptiveness
- Experience recruiting U.S.-based clinicians is a big plus (Associate Psychotherapist, Licensed Psychotherapist, Nurse Practitioner)
