Responsibilities:

  • Configure digital patient pathways based on clinical and admin workflows within the Personify Care SaaS platform
  • Convert static patient forms into dynamic digital assessments and pdf templates
  • Configure assessment skip logic and dashboard alerts for clinical assessments
  • Validate and test the user experience of configured pathways and identify / implement improvements
  • 1st line investigation, resolution of issues within pathway configurations - escalating to customer success team or engineering teams where appropriate.
  • Updating documentation, keeping track of customer requirements and maintaining status reporting of tasks and activities.


Successful candidates will have:

  • Experience in providing configuration and testing support for SaaS applications
  • Proactive, disciplined, attention to detail, consistently delivers to deadlines, clear and consistent communication.
  • Comfortable managing multiple competing priorities with excellent time management skills.
  • An understanding nursing, clinical and hospital workflows would be an advantage
  • Comfortable in customer-facing roles and in supporting technology solutions.
