Job Description
Responsible for managing client relationships and driving recruitment efforts to meet the business hiring needs. Works closely with clients to understand their staffing requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and oversee the entire hiring process. The role involves building strong relationships with key stakeholders, sourcing and screening candidates, and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. This role plays a crucial role in contributing to the success of both the clients and the recruitment agency.

Job Description

This role plays a crucial role in contributing to the success of both the clients and the recruitment agency.
Duties And Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact for all recruitment-related matters.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, and align recruitment activities with their business objectives.
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on candidate progress, address concerns, and ensure overall client satisfaction.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell recruitment services and develop strategies to expand business with existing clients.
- Conduct thorough job briefings with clients to understand their requirements, including job descriptions, skills, and qualifications needed.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and source high-quality candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing, to identify potential candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to determine suitability for specific roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, providing timely feedback and guidance to both parties.
- Manage the offer process, including negotiating compensation packages and facilitating the acceptance of job offers.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with recruitment consultants and coordinators to delegate tasks, provide guidance, and ensure the smooth execution of recruitment projects.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior team members, assisting them in their professional development and fostering a positive team environment.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of recruitment processes, including the implementation of new tools, techniques, and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients.
