Recruiting Support with Billing Expertise | Night Shift

We are looking for a detail-oriented Revenue Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling client billing workflows to capture all billable revenue. This role performs Direct Billings which creates invoices and sends directly to clients; uses the Vendor Management System (VMS) time entry into the client’s system; and Reverse Invoicing where the facility provides detail on what clinician time they are approving/paying and Billing creates a corresponding invoice for validation against clinician payroll and billing rules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review clinician timekeeping details, create invoices, and submit to clients
• Upload billing data and/or enter time into client systems
• Review client time reports to confirm accuracy
• Manage the client invoice approval process
• Direct communication with clients regarding billing disputes and escalations
• Monitor account receivable balances
• Timely and accurately process invoice rejection disputes
• Serve as a liaison between the RCM team and cross-functional teams to facilitate accurate and timely billing
• Other billing related projects and duties as assigned

Must Haves:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in billing, accounting, and/or business-to-business collections
• Experience working with (ERP) system (Workday experience preferred)
• Strong ability to identify, interpret, and apply pertinent contract details accurately
• High attention to detail, ensuring precision in billing and reporting down to the smallest unit
• Proven prioritization skills, with the ability to assess needs, ask clarifying questions, and respond effectively
• Willing to do full onsite training in Ayala Avenue Makati, then transition to a hybrid setup (3x a week onsite) after training. Can report to different PSG workspaces while on hybrid set up: Ayala Avenue, Makati, SM North Edsa, Mall of Asia, or Alabang.
