Work Set-up: Hybrid in Ortigas (2x onsite per month)

Shift: 10 am - 7pm Manila Time

Recruiter Type: Tech and Non-Tech Recruiters

Level: Junior to Senior Recruiters

What You’ll Do:

• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a strong talent pipeline
• Screen resumes and interview candidates to assess qualifications and fit
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs and role requirements
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in our ATS
• Provide a positive candidate experience through timely updates and clear communication
• Stay up to date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best hiring practices

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–6 years (or more) of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search
• Ability to handle multiple roles and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
