Position: Accounts Receivable Administration Officer

You'll Have
The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring associate attorneys, senior attorneys, and partner-level attorneys. He/She will also be responsible for hiring paralegals, legal support personnel, marketing personnel, and administrative roles. We would also prefer someone with sophisticated tech skills to clean up and organize our applicant tracking system (Lever) database. We need a professional who can generate leads well and who has experience with applicant tracking systems - Lever (Lever knowledge is highly preferred, but not a deal breaker).

- 5+ years of recruiting experience.
- Strong preference for candidates with legal firm/industry experience.
- Fluent in English with little to no accent; ability to speak legal jargon, personable on the phone, sales experience is a plus as the candidate will need to ‘sell’ attorneys on leaving his/her current firm to join our firm.
- Must be willing to work the night shift
