MOVE is a rapidly growing start-up company in Southern California that helps businesses grow and outsource virtual employees.
We are seeking a dedicated Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process. Your ability to identify and attract top candidates will be critical in building a talented and diverse workforce for our organization. Additionally, you will be involved in back-end administrative tasks and document processing.
Benefits:
Pay: $650 - $750 + $75 Allowance per month
Note: This role is only available to candidates from the Philippines and Kosovo.

- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Review and screen resumes to shortlist qualified candidates for further evaluation.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with managers and candidates.
- Conduct background checks and reference checks for selected candidates.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and provide timely feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to attract top talent.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals.
- Assist in creating and streamlining process documents and performing other HR back-end tasks.
- Support HR initiatives and projects as needed.
- Ad hoc tasks from the client.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment and end-to-end recruitment processes
- Familiarity with various recruitment methods and tools, including job boards, social media, and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills to identify top candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Extensive DISC assessment knowledge.
- High level of enthusiasm and dedication to attracting top talent to the company.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Pay: $650 - $750 + $75 Allowance per month
