  • Coordinate completion of records with individuals who may be missing or have inaccurate information within their record submissions·
  • Operate within pre-specified SLA’s to process all record in a timely manner·
  • Complies with and fully understands metrics related policies and requirements·
  • Complies with and fully understands Operations Model related policies and procedures·
  • Actively participate in all process improvements stages: conceptualization, implementation and continuous process improvements. OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Rotation Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Project/Team Location: Mandaluyong Robinsons Cybergate Tower 2


    • SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:


  • No experience required
  • Undergraduate degree with any business-related courses
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload (e.g. incoming work, projects).
  • Ability to comprehend basic to complex documentation.
  • Ability to write complex correspondence to communicate information effectively to the business
  • Must be highly accurate, detail-oriented, and able to complete work rapidly.
  • Ability to document work in progress in accordance with applicable procedures.
  • Proven ability to identify problems and recommend solutions.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to successfully work in a fast-paced, multi-company environment with numerous deadlines..
