Position: Receptionist / Front desk Assistant

Location: MDC 100 Building, Eastwood, Quezon City, Philippines

Work setup & shift: Night Shift / Onsite

Key Responsibilities

  • The main job role is to answer the incoming calls to the practice and direct calls to the correct departments or take messages. Some of these calls maybe emergency calls and need to be brought to the physician's attention immediately.
  • Daily responsibilities: schedule and confirm appointments for patients in the electronic medical records.
  • Update any patient information in the system exp. Home address, phone number, Health Insurance, or pharmacy details.
  • Respond to office emails for appointments or any appointment-related questions.
  • Other related clerical duties given by the office manager
  • Experience answering high-volume calls, an associate's degree, or relevant experience. Must be able to type accurately

  • Ability to establish and maintain rapport
  • Ability to listen actively by acknowledging what a client is saying
  • and repeating it back to be sure you understood correctly
  • Ability to enunciate and articulate
  • Front desk receptionist or secretary at a call center, Medical facility, hotel, or hospitality industry.
