Real Estate Virtual Assistant (Rent Collector)

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive individual to fill the role of Rent Collection and Lease Renewals Specialist. This position is vital to our operations, as it ensures the smooth and timely collection of rent, the efficient management of lease renewals, and the effective handling of all office communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Timely Rent Collection: The specialist will be responsible for monitoring rent payments, following up on late payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. This ensures that our cash flow remains steady and that tenants are adhering to their payment schedules
• Efficient Lease Renewals: This role involves coordinating and processing lease renewals, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time. The specialist will work closely with tenants to facilitate smooth transitions and renewals, helping to maintain high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction
• Effective Office Communications: Handling office emails and other communications is a crucial part of this role. The specialist will respond to tenant inquiries, address concerns, and provide excellent customer service. This helps to foster a positive relationship between the tenants and the property management team

Requirements

• Previous experience in property management, rent collection, or a similar role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
