We are looking for a Real Estate Virtual Assistant with experience in the Texas real estate market (Houston area) to support our team with administrative tasks, CRM management, and lead generation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable handling prospecting, client communication, and social media management. Experience with Lofty CRM and real estate contract programs is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update Lofty CRM, ensuring accurate client and lead records.
- Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, document preparation, and data entry.
- Assist with lead generation, prospecting, and follow-ups via VoIP systems like VoIPtee.
- Coordinate transactions using Texas real estate contract programs.
- Schedule and manage appointments using Google Calendar.
- Monitor and respond to emails via Gmail, maintaining professional communication.
- Organize and track tasks using Trello.
- Manage and grow social media presence, including content creation and engagement.
- Maintain and update property listings and databases using spreadsheets.
- Experience in real estate, preferably in Texas (Houston area).
- Proficiency in Lofty CRM and other real estate tools.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Ability to generate and nurture leads through calls and follow-ups.
- Knowledge of social media management and engagement strategies.
- Familiarity with Texas real estate contract programs is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
