We help entrepreneurs quickly create high-converting websites, logos, and more-all powered by cutting-edge AI. Our team is fully remote and led by veteran entrepreneurs who know what it takes to build successful companies from the ground up. We’re scaling fast and looking for a Digital Marketing Manager or Content Marketing Manager to help manage a wide variety of content projects—from website examples and industry pages to social media videos and SEO-focused written content.

Why This Role Matters

We have a ton of content-related initiatives (website templates, website examples, local SEO pieces, YouTube walkthroughs, and more) that need a dedicated owner. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence, including industry-specific resources, how-to guides, and engaging video content. Ultimately, you’ll help countless small business owners discover Zarla and successfully launch a great-looking, high-performing website for their business.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage a Range of Content Initiatives - Oversee the creation and maintenance of industry pages (Notary/Bookkeeping/Car Detailing etc) and resource libraries-ensuring information is accurate, on-brand, and engaging. Generate new content ideas that help attract and retain small business owners (e.g., tutorials, step-by-step guides, FAQs, etc.).
  • Create & Curate Multimedia Content - Develop concise video walkthroughs and tutorials for our YouTube channel (e.g., “How to build a car detailing website with Zarla”), including scriptwriting, basic editing, and on-screen demos. Use your design sense to select and refine images, screenshots, and other creative assets that elevate our content.
  • Write & Edit Compelling Copy - Produce written content such as blog posts, email newsletters, and page copy that aligns with Zarla’s brand. Ensure everything is proofread, polished, and speaks directly to our audience of local entrepreneurs.
  • Local SEO & Organic Traffic - Apply best practices for on-page SEO to ensure high rankings in search engines. Conduct keyword research for local business niches, guiding future content that meets real user needs. Audit and fix existing content and improve them for better performance and clarity.
  • Project & Team Coordination - Coordinate with team members to produce content on time and on target. Provide actionable feedback to maintain quality standards, particularly for visual elements like screenshots and layout.
  • Social Media & Influencer Outreach - Extend our reach by creating short-form video snippets for platforms like TikTok or Instagram Reels. Identify potential influencers or partners for co-created content that can help drive brand awareness.
  • Customer Communications - Help craft email sequences (e.g., follow-ups for new subscribers), ensuring the tone is friendly, supportive, and aligned with our brand values.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Broad Content Skills - You’re comfortable wearing multiple hats, from writing articles and optimizing them for SEO, to creating short, engaging videos.
  • Eye for Design - You can recognize what makes a webpage or set of screenshots look appealing and polished. You understand layout fundamentals and have the ability to catch and fix design flaws.
  • Effective Communicator - You write clear, concise, and helpful content. You can jump on camera to record how-to clips or do quick voiceovers in a way that connects with small business owners.
  • Local SEO Knowledge - You’ve dabbled in local SEO or at least have a foundational understanding of how local businesses market themselves to new clients.
  • Tech-Savvy - Familiar with using tools like ChatGPT, Google Analytics, and basic screen-recording software. Comfortable learning new platforms quickly.
  • Problem-Solver - If something isn’t working (e.g., certain pages not ranking), you propose solutions, test them, and iterate.
  • Organized & Self-Directed - You can juggle multiple projects (industry pages, YouTube guides, website templates) at once and still meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative - You’ll coordinate with our founder, developers, and a dedicated content team. You’re open to feedback and enjoy brainstorming with others.
