What You'll Be Doing
- Proactively research and identify potential clients (home buyers and sellers).
- Establish B2B relationships with mortgage brokers and financial advisors.
- Conduct outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Nurture leads, understand their real estate needs, and provide consultative advice.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Manage client onboarding (agreements, fees).
- Maintain detailed records and reporting on sales activities and pipeline
- Demonstrated success in sales, ideally in the Australian real estate market.
- Strong understanding of the Australian real estate market.
- Existing relationships with mortgage brokers (a plus).
- Familiarity with the real estate buying process.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service skills.
- Perfect English proficiency.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and takes initiative.
- Experience working with international clients (Malaysia, Singapore, Dubai, UK).
- Knowledge of real estate software and CRM tools.
- Full-time position.
- Working hours: 10:30 am - 6:30 pm Melbourne time (AEST).
- Compensation: Base salary + 5% commission
