Title: Real Estate Officer
The Real Estate Officer is responsible for supporting the Real Estate Manager/Head in the overall business development in the RBUs by ensuring the best site selection and acquisition, location leadership, and trade area dominance.

- Site Documentation
- Lessor Relationship Management
- Must have a Bachelors degree in any Management, Marketing, or Engineering course.
- At least 3-5 years experience in a related field with extensive knowledge about franchising, real estate, and construction management.
- Experience in the End-to-End Network Development Process is required
- Must have a background in any of the following: commercial spaces, Banks, or food establishments/residential establishments.
- Must have excellent communication
- Proficient knowledge and understanding of all areas in Network Development.
- Must be willing to do fieldwork.
- Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig
