- Goes out on field to gather listings in focused areas and other areas should requirements arise
- Regularly calls and updates availability of listings
- Manages unit keys on hand – releases and safe keeps
- Presents new, rushed and good deal listings to agents
- Uploading and updating of properties in our Marketing portals
- Necessary office/administrative tasks from time to time
