This role is designed for individuals experienced in managing high-value real estate transactions and effectively engaging with potential buyers and sellers. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in real estate lead management or acquisitions, with strong communication and organizational skills to support efficient and profitable land acquisition and sales processes.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in real estate lead management or acquisitions, with strong communication and organizational skills to support efficient and profitable land acquisition and sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Qualification and Management:
- Handle and manage a pipeline of incoming leads through our CRM platform, Follow Up Boss, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up and tracking.
- Qualify leads to ensure alignment with company acquisition criteria and prioritize outreach to maintain a strong sales funnel.
- Conduct outbound and follow-up calls, emails, and text messages to engage leads and build rapport.
- Maintain professional and consistent communication to nurture relationships and move leads through the sales process.
- Work toward achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to lead conversion and sales targets.
- Keep detailed records of interactions, negotiations, and outcomes to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Identify and implement ways to optimize the lead management process, improving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay proactive in suggesting strategies to enhance overall lead engagement and conversion.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on sales strategies, lead handling, and process improvements.
- Provide feedback to the team regarding buyer trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven success in lead management, real estate sales, or acquisitions, with a focus on high-value transactions ($50K+).
- CRM Proficiency: Demonstrated experience using Follow Up Boss or similar CRM platforms to track and manage leads.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with minimal accent and excellent negotiation capabilities.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace and VoIP systems, and the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Goal-Oriented: A results-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Organized and Proactive: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to take initiative in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience in real estate lead management or acquisitions management.
- Strong understanding of property valuation and real estate transaction processes.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance, such as Do-Not-Call requirements and consent protocols for communication.
- Land investing or comping experience is a plus
