Position: Real Estate Administrative & Marketing Coordinator

- Transaction management (using Trello)
- CRM management. Updating client profiles, client follow-up, set up drip campaigns (via Sierra CRM)
- Video editing short form video content
- Graphic design and layout using Canva
- Website design/ changes to company website via Sierra CRM
- Communicating with clients and service providers via email
- Prepare and organize real estate documents/contracts with accuracy and confidentiality
- Manage marketing tasks including social media scheduling, newsletters, and online ads
- Leverage AI tools (like ChatGPT) to draft marketing blogs, prize draws, and content ideas
Non-negotiables
- Prior experience in a real estate administrative or marketing role
- Experience in administrative support or transaction coordination
- Working knowledge of Canva
- Experience using Trello or other project management tools
- Video Editing
- Website Editing
- Knowledgeable in using AI (ChatGPT) in terms of drafting content
