ReactJS Developer

As an ReactJS developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, addressing challenges, and ensuring that the applications you develop align with the overall objectives of the organization. You will also be responsible for making informed decisions that impact your team and the broader project landscape, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance overall performance.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals and timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Multiplatform Front End Development React.

Strong understanding of responsive design principles and user experience best practices.

Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration techniques.

Proficient in version control systems, particularly Git.

Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies to ensure code quality.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Multiplatform Front End Development React.
