- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying and project management.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in business planning and budget management; strong project management and leadership skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with site visits; may require extended hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach.
