The Quality Management Senior Manager is responsible in driving superior execution of FSC and Food Safety policies, standards, systems and procedures in restaurant and supply chain operations of Philippines or International business units thru installation of JFC quality standards & systems, and development of FSQ programs for Quality culture-building. The position ensures that quality programs and initiatives in the business units are aligned to global strategy of the QM division.

Policy Development, Quality Programs & Compliance to FS Regulatory Requirements

• Implement JFC quality management systems for Supply Chain, Store Operations and Support Center.
• Keep abreast of BU strategic directions that impact QM systems and programs, integrate all quality directives to the BU initiatives & work plans.
• Provide organization-wide recommendations that affect quality control.
  
  

Set-up JFC Quality standards & systems in New Market or BU

• Undertake FSC, FS & ROS set-up works in new Brand acquisitions or new Market entries; responsible on integration works to JFC FSC & Food safety standards & systems.
• Collaborate with BU functional leaders to drive improvement of FSC & food safety standards to ensure suitability to business format and customer requirements, achievability and repeatability of standards.
• Benchmark with country's leading QSR to drive competitiveness of BU FSC & FS standards & systems.
  
  

Quality Validation and Feedback Management

• Conduct commissary, vendor, depot & restaurant visits to assess FSQ compliance and operational excellence; identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor overall operations compliance to government regulations on food safety & sanitation.
• Operationalize and improve a complex enterprise-wide feedback system that has interface with multiple functional units.
  
  

Knowledge Management and Data Analysis

• Ensure effective documentation of quality standards and SOPs; keep all BU quality documents & records in QM update to date.
• Prepare complex technical & management reports that impact to business; make recommendations for continuous FSQ improvements.
• Provide FSQ data to Operations Leaders & support units for performance gap analysis and improvement goal setting.
  
  

Quality Trainings / Technical Meetings

• Conduct FSQ-related technical training courses for Supply Chain / Restaurant / Support Center, as needed basis.
• Provide technical inputs and guidelines to HR-L&D on FSC, Food Safety and Sanitation and QA-related courses.
  
  

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of BS in Food Science, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business Management, or related discipline.
• At least five (5) year experience in Food Quality Assurance or Research and Development or Manufacturing and other related fields. With QA or QM functional experiences in restaurant operations.
• Basic knowledge in Food Science, Food safety Systems, Food Chemistry or Microbiology, Operations Management, Restaurant Systems, Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Adept on FSQ-related technologies, applications, and computer language, with adequate data science & analytical skills.
• Preferably has experience in implementing Quality Management Systems (QMS) such as HACCP, ISO/GFSI systems and program in a food plant environment or restaurant operation.
• Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City (hybrid set-up).
