Key Responsibilities:
- QA/QC Laboratory Management & Housekeeping
- Ensure quality assurance & quality control of products within the specifications
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards in line with industry best practices.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to assess compliance with quality standards and contractual obligations.
- Review project plans, specifications, and drawings for quality-related issues.
- Collaborate with project managers and teams to monitor construction processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and maintain accurate quality control documentation, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and quality compliance records.
- Coordinate and oversee material testing and inspections to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
- Train and educate staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Investigate quality-related issues and non-conformances, determining root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders to discuss quality performance and improvement initiatives.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and new technologies related to quality control in construction.
