Quality Assurance/Quality Control

This role is open for either Manager or Supervisor Role

Function Summary:

Oversees the facility’s strategies and operational objectives to ensure high quality process, protocols, and products. Review quality testing policies and procedures to ensure the regulatory standards in food handling and manufacturing are followed.

Job Duties & Performance Expectations:

1. Responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and proposing measures to correct or improve organizations final product to meet the highest quality standards.
2. Design and implement quality improvement programs.
3. Leads plant investigation of customer complaints, product defects and other non-conformance issues.
4. Implements engagement programs for plant personnel to cultivate quality consciousness and culture.
5. To manager both internal and external audit findings, ensuring corrective and preventive measures are formulated, implemented, and tracked until resolve.
6. Regular analysis of quality trends and suggest appropriate actions.
7. Lead and ensure compliance with all business requirements, permits and other required or needed licenses.
8. Stay updated on all relevant regulations and communicate necessary changes to the team.
9. Conduct regular training sessions with the team to enhance their understanding of quality assurance control.
10. Perform other tasks and functions as may be delegated by the Immediate Superior/s.

Qualification: Education/Experience:

• A graduate of bachelor’s degree in food technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineer, or any related fields.
• 5 – 8 years of working experience as Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manager preferably in Dairy and Food Manufacturing
• Preferably has experience in implementing Integrated Management System such as HACCP, ISO and other program related to food plant environment.
• Knowledgeable of FDA regulations and requirements.
• Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must be willing to work on-site (Global Aseana Business Park 2, San Pablo Libutad San. Simon Pampanga)
