Duties and Responsibilities:
- Releasing of items Customer’s order (if needed)
- Receiving delivery from supplier and counter check the item received (if needed)
- Preparing of Daily Sales report and collection.
- Preparing Statement of Account of clients.
- Monitoring and follow up Accounts Receivables of Sales Representative.
- Sending weekly Sales Performance of Sales Rep.
- Preparing Temporary Order Form and print (Medical Equipment Group).
- Updating and monitoring Tie up expenses per project.
- Filing documents.
