Your Role:

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, You Will

• Conduct comprehensive manual testing of products/services to identify defects, deficiencies, and areas for improvement. Support automated testing as needed. This is primarily manual testing, but having Cypress automated testing experience is a plus.
• Implement and execute quality control processes to ensure adherence to established quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Proactively identify and address quality-related issues, working closely with relevant teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain detailed documentation of testing processes, results, and quality assurance activities. Ensure that all relevant documentation is up-to-date and accessible to team members.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to understand project requirements and provide input on quality considerations throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing quality metrics, monitoring industry best practices, and implementing enhancements to quality assurance processes.
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Proven experience in quality assurance, with a focus on software testing and product/service quality.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience with both manual and automated testing techniques. (For automated testing, Cypress experience is required.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
