Responsibilities:
- Ensure that manufacturing processes comply with both national and international standards.
- Determine, negotiate, and agree on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications.
- Assesss customer requirements ensure that these were met, and set customer service standards.
- Investigate and set standards for quality, health and safety.
- Work with operating staff to establish procedures and standards system.
- Act as a catalyst for change and improve performance and quality.
- Monitor performance.
- Quality Assurance Head to release finished products.
- Supervise technical and laboratory staffs.
