  1. Market scanning and end-user sales activities.
  2. Good working attitude who knows how to plan and execute effective sales strategies.
  3. Selling expenses management and control.
  4. Conducts feeding trials and split test for value selling propositions to customers.
  5. Self-motivated and an efficient problem-solver with excellent time management skills.
  6. Manpower management and development
  7. Performance appraisal and training development.
  8. Effective coordination with various functional departments.
  9. Must be a graduate of Technical/Agricultural school major in Animal Husbandry and Animal Science.
  10. Three to five years (3-5) selling experiences in technical and value selling of animal feeds or animal health and nutritional products.
  11. Willing to be assigned in other provinces outside homebase (BICOL/VISAYAS)
