Quality Assurance Analyst (BPO)

NV Group (BPO Company) is a Financial & Legal Services Group with offices in Pasig, Manila, Sydney & Melbourne, Australia and Auckland, New Zealand. NVG offers credit management, debt collection and legal services to companies such as AGL, Telstra, EA and more.

Role:

The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for monitoring and evaluating collection or sales calls/transactions, delivers feedback to Team Leaders and Managers for continuous improvement and support on a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree.
• With two (2) years experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst in a Call Center/BPO Setting.
• Customer Service, Sales or Collection background is an advantage.
• Exposure in handling Australian Account is a plus.
• Excellent Interpersonal Skill.
• Good oral and written communication skill.
• Results-driven, flexible, confident and with a positive demeanor.
• Able to work independently, can multi-task and can work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint, MS Outlook).
• Can start immediately.
