Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Lead the project team in the development, planning, and execution of the Waste-to-Energy Power Project.
- Planning and Scheduling: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively coordinate and communicate with various stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all environmental regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks to minimize their impact on project timelines and budgets.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor project progress, performance metrics, and key performance indicators to ensure optimal results.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed project reports, including progress updates, financial reports, and risk assessments, for senior management and stakeholders.
- Team Development: Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, motivating and empowering team members to achieve project objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical), Environmental Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in project management within the energy sector, with a strong focus on power plant projects, particularly coal-fired or biomass power plants preferably with at least 3-5 years of experience.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- PMP or similar project management certification is highly desirable.
