We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented QA Supervisor to join our team in Makati City.

The QA Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements. This role plays a key part in maintaining and improving the organization's Quality Management System (QMS), with a strong preference for candidates certified as ISO Lead Auditors or with experience as QMS Officers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise QA staff and coordinate quality assurance activities across departments.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Lead internal audits and support external audits, including preparation, execution, and follow-up.
  • Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS), including document control, CAPA, and risk management.
  • Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Monitor and report on key quality metrics and performance indicators.
  • Investigate quality issues and customer complaints, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on quality standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure product and process quality through inspections, testing, and validation activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent (preferred).
  • Experience in managing or implementing a Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards, regulatory compliance, and audit processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software/tools
