We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented QA Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, team management, and process improvement to ensure the highest quality of our products.

What You'll Do
Develop and implement effective QA strategies and processes.
Lead and mentor the QA team to enhance their skills and performance.
Conduct regular audits of testing processes and systems.
Identify areas for improvement in product quality and work with cross-functional teams.
Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or related field.
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficient in creating detailed documentation for testing processes.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
