Job Responsibilities
- Lead the QA function for utility activations, ensuring processes meet internal KPIs and client expectations.
- Monitor daily activations andinitiatecorrective actions.
- Collaborate with various teams including operations (billing and customer service) and third-party utility providers to troubleshoot issues and streamline activations process.
- Develop and audit process for activation workflows and report feedback to management.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Assurance (QA) role; prior experience in utility services is a plus.
- Proven ability to oversee, audit, and improve quality processes related to service activations.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on ensuringaccurateandtimelyservice delivery across multiple markets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and third-party utility providers.
- Track recordof implementing process improvements and applying QA best practices to drive efficiency and service quality.
