Could this be the scene for your next career move? We are currently recruiting for Regional Training Coordinator to join our APAC Operations team.
Stolt Tank Containers (STC) is a leading provider of door-to-door transportation services for bulk- liquid chemicals and food-grade products. With a fleet of more than 45,000 tank containers, STC is the only operator with its own worldwide network of 22 owned and joint venture depots.
What You Will Be Doing
The Regional Training Coordinator is responsible for delivering and support impactful training programs within the assigned region. You will provide administrative support to the team by preparing training sessions, delivering hands-on support during trainings and will be responsible for creating and maintaining various reports and Training material.

What You Will Be Doing
The Regional Training Coordinator is responsible for delivering and support impactful training programs within the assigned region. You will provide administrative support to the team by preparing training sessions, delivering hands-on support during trainings and will be responsible for creating and maintaining various reports and Training material.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery of Training Programs:
- Organize and deliver training sessions for new employees as part of their onboarding process including Training Packages.
- Organize and support the execution classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job trainings, refresher Trainings and workshops.
- Implement and update training materials to align with evolving business needs.
- Coach and support Operations team members in the use of tools and methodologies.
- Provide operational and system support to ensure smooth execution of processes.
- Mentor and coach staff during and after the implementation of new processes, digital application, on the job training and tools.
- Create and implement testing and evaluation processes to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Monitor individual learning progress and performance during onboarding.
- Communicate regularly with management to ensure training initiatives align with performance and business requirements.
- Update training manuals, work instructions and materials to reflect current business processes and best practices.
- Collaborate with Business Technology (BT) to support system enhancements and ensure alignment with training programs.
- Participate in global improvement projects and drive changes within the STC business.
- Support the organization in achieving operational excellence through innovative training and development solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communication, Logistics or similar.
- At least 1 year of experience in logistics/ supply chain and/or suitable training/tutorial experience.
- Auto training in new systems, tools, and fields of expertise
- Ability to coach and mentor staff at various levels.
- Proven experience in training design, delivery, and facilitation.
- Comfortable in communicating at different levels of organization and building relationships accordingly.
- Strong planning & organizational skills
- Experience working in a global environment is preferred.
- Proven presentation, training and facilitation skills
