As a Marketing VA, you will play a key role in driving qualified traffic, leads, and sales digitally. Your goal will be to help establish Mortlock Timber as the leading authority on timber ceilings and walls in the architecture, design, and construction industries.

The Salary Range: 35,000 - 45,000

The Work Set-Up:

• Work onsite
• 8 hour work shift
• Monday to Friday

The Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging copy for social media, email marketing, website content, and blogs.
• Plan, schedule, and manage the company's social media presence.
• Coordinate with photographers to obtain project photos.
• Collaborate with a digital agency to create content aligned with our brand strategy and objectives.
• Utilize WordPress, Office 365, Adobe Suite, photo/video editing software, and HubSpot proficiently.
• Manage company email marketing efforts, including newsletters, EDMs, and other campaign-related content.
• Plan and create videos for social media and website use.
• Work with graphic designers to develop new brochures.
• Maintain and update the company website, ensuring content is on brand, current, and relevant.
  
  
  

The Requirements:

• A strong understanding of key marketing principles.
• Excellent writing and editorial skills with an outstanding command of the English language.
• The ability to think like an educator, understanding what the audience needs and how they prefer to consume information.
• Skills in simplifying complex information.
• Project management abilities to handle editorial schedules and meet deadlines.
• Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns, tracking performance, and reporting results.
• The ability to build reports, and workflows, and utilize marketing automation in HubSpot to optimize efficiency.
